RIOMARKET REGULATIONS 2022

October 7th to 13th

1. Participation in RioMarket 2022 is completely free of charge. Guarantee your subscription by registering for the events through the website www.riomarket.com.br, subject to the maximum capacity of each event.

1.1. Entries must be made on the RioMarket website (www.riomarket.com.br) or at the Rio Festival Headquarters during the event

1.2. Registration on RioMarket does not entitle you to film tickets for the Rio 2022 Festival.

1.3. Registration in RioMarket is nominal and non-transferable.

2. RioMarket is composed of several activities and each of them has its specificities regarding the form of participation:

(i) RioSeminars - Divided between Masterclass, Keynote Speech, Panel, Talk and Presenting, it is necessary to register in advance to reserve a place. On the day of the event, it is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the desired session. After this time, if the room is full, participantes can be directed to the queue;

(ii) Workshops - Prior registration is required to reserve a place. On the day of the event, it is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the desired session. After this time, if the room is full, participantes can be directed to the queue;

(iii) Round Table - On the day of the event, it is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the desired session. After this time, if the room is full, participantes can be directed to the queue;

(iv) One-to-One Meetings - Only those who register previously will be able to participate in the One-to-One Meetings. In order to register, it is necessary to previously select the company/professional of interest, as well as to fill in the form sent along with the registration confirmation. This activity is subject to the acceptance of the meeting request by the selected company/professional;

(iv) Co-production Meetings - Only those who register in advance will be able to participate in the Co-production Meetings. In order to register, it is necessary to previously select the company/professional of interest, as well as to fill in the form sent along with the registration confirmation. This activity is subject to the acceptance of the meeting request by the selected company/professional;

2.1. All registrations for seat reservations must be made in advance on the RioMarket website (www.riomarket.com.br).

2.2. For activities in which prior registration is required to reserve a place, a queue can be made at the event location according to the demand of interested parties and, at the time scheduled for the start of the activity, if there are places available, these can be filled by the queue occupants, according to arrival.

4. All RioMarket events will be held at the Rio Festival Headquarters (Rua da Ladeira da Glória, 26 - Villa Aymoré, Glória).

5. All participants must withdraw their credentials before participating in activities that are of interest at the Rio Festival Headquarters (Rua da Ladeira da Glória, 26 - Villa Aymoré, Glória). Credentials will be available from October 7, 2022 until October 13, 2022, from 9 am to 6 pm.

7. The entire event schedule will be available updated on the RioMarket website (www.riomarket.com.br).

8. By registering for RioSeminars, participants authorize Festival do Rio to use their registered voice and image during all event activities, for an indefinite period of time and for transmission and/or registration on any platforms.
