Jorane Castro, director and producer, was born in Belém (Amazon, Brazil). She has directed over 20 films, including documentaries and fiction, among them PARA TER ONDE IR and "MESTRE CUPIJÓ E SEU RITMO". She is currently releasing the documentary "TERRUÁ PARÁ" and preparing her next fiction film, "MARAJÓ.”
