Filmmaker from Grupo Nós do Morro.  She worked as a casting researcher on “Cidade de Deus”, o2filmes (2002). Her short “Mina de Fé” (2004) Best Short Fiction at the 37th Fest. Brasília, Short Fiction Cinema 2004. Directed the episode “Acende a luz” in the film “5 Vezes Favela – Agora por nós mesmo”, Cannes 2010 (hors-concours). She's the author of the book "Meu destino era o Nós do Morro". Luciana is currently working on the release of the feature film "A festa de Léo", which will be released in May 2024.
