Adriana S. Rattes is a founding partner of Grupo Estação, she is also co-founder of Mostra Rio and the Rio de Janeiro International Film Festival – Festival do Rio, where she served as Marketing Director and Coordinator of Première Brasil until 2004. She has diverse experience as a curator, manager, and speaker. In 2005, she was nominated for the Prêmio Faz Diferença (Make a Difference Award), from the newspaper O Globo, for her work at Première Brasil. From 2007 to 2014, she held the position of Secretary of Culture for the State of Rio de Janeiro.
