With more than 30 years in the audiovisual industry, Cecília Mendonça led Disney's production in Latin America. Responsible for hits such as "Violetta" and "Soy Luna", as well as original productions for Disney+, Cecília was instrumental in the brand's expansion in the region. She joined Disney in 2001 as a senior producer and has since assumed several leadership roles. Carioca, she has a degree in Social Communication from UFRJ and Cinema from the University of Central Florida.
