Marcus Vinicius Galletti Arrais holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Goiás and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering – Communication Systems from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. He has worked in public service for twenty years and has been a civil servant at Anatel since 2015. He served as the Director of the Department of Infrastructure Projects at the Ministry of Communications. He currently works as an advisor and substitute for the Superintendent of Inspection (Fiscalização) at Anatel.
