Natália Dias is a project and creative manager with a background in the development, production, and strategy of audiovisual content. She spent six years working in production and executive production for the GNT, VIVA, and Mais Globosat channels, and three years in Original Fiction Content at Globoplay. Currently, she heads the Projects and Creative division at Condé+, where she oversees strategic talent management and project development for film, television, and streaming.
