Nathan Machado holds a degree in Cinema and Audiovisual Studies from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). He is currently the coordinator of Filmes do Estação, the distribution arm of Grupo Estação—a key player in the exhibition and distribution of independent films in Brazil. He has worked on both international and domestic releases, such as *Orlando, My Political Biography* by Paul B. Preciado and *Malu* by Pedro Freire, as well as retrospective showcases dedicated to François Truffaut and Agnès Varda.
