Rodrigo Boecker

As Head of Creative and Content at GLAZ, he is responsible for curating and developing the production company's projects, acquiring literary IP, and managing GLAZ's talent roster. He has worked in the audiovisual industry for 20 years and holds two International Emmys for Best Telenovela—for *Lado a Lado* and *Império*—earned during his time at Globo. In television, he worked directly with major figures in the industry. He served as an artistic director and screenwriter for GSHOW programs and played a key role in the launch and management of the *Casa dos Roteiristas* (Screenwriters' House) initiative.
