ONE TO ONE MEETINGS REGULATION 2022
October 7th to 13th

1. RioMarket will take place between October 7th and 13th at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in Rio de Janeiro and online, through the Filmocracy platform, with specific days for One-to-One Meetings, between the 7th, October 10, 11 and 12 (from 10 am to 6 pm).

2. Participation will be free. There are no registration fees.

3. Participation in One-to-One Meetings is conditioned to complete registration for each meeting.

4. Entries will only be made through the RioMarket website (www.riomarket.com.br).

5. Any regularly constituted natural or legal person may register as participants in the One-to-One Meetings.

6. Enrollment in the One-to-One Meetings grants the right to schedule a meeting with one of the representatives of the companies made available by the event.

7. The meetings will have a maximum duration of 20 minutes and will be previously scheduled according to the agenda of each guest available for the meeting.

8. RioMarket will NOT provide equipment or materials to support the presentation. The producer is responsible for taking all the material needed for his presentation, such as notebooks, tablets, printed materials, etc.

9. Only those who register will be able to participate in the One-to-One Meetings, up to a limit of 2 participants.

10. At the time of registration, the producer must select the company with which he wants to schedule the meeting, fill in the Registration Form and Project Form (with the data of the project that will be presented).

11. The guest list, as well as their details, are available on the One-to-One Meetings page on the RioMarket website (www.riomarket.com.br).

12. When selecting the company of interest, attention must be paid to the day and shift that the guest will be available. The morning shift is from 10 am to 1 pm and the afternoon shift is from 2:30 pm to 6 pm.

13. Only after confirmation of registration will be made contact via e-mail to schedule the exact time of the meeting according to the availability of the guest. The times will be scheduled in order of request and confirmation of the player.

14. It is essential to fill in the Project Form (with the project data that will be presented). In case of registration for more than one meeting with the same project, 1 project form must be filled in for each meeting, respectively.

15. All information about the submitted project must be included in the Project Sheet. Additional materials will NOT be received. If it is in the producer's interest, he can take these materials on the day scheduled for the meeting.

16. The One-to-One Meetings will be held at the RioMarket Headquarters (ESPM-Rio Vila Aymoré - Rua da Ladeira da Glória, 26 - Glória, Rio de Janeiro - RJ) and online through the Filmocracy platform.

17. In the case of face-to-face meetings, producers must attend the site at least 1 hour in advance for proper accreditation. Only after accreditation, producers should go to the One-to-One Meetings Room and identify themselves to one of the responsible producers.

18. In the case of online meetings, producers must enter the Filmocracy platform at least 40 minutes in advance for any questions they may have regarding the functioning of the platform.

19. All in-person participants must withdraw their credentials before attending their meeting at the RioMarket Accreditation, located at the RioMarket Headquarters (ESPM-Rio Vila Aymoré - Rua da Ladeira da Glória, 26 - Glória, Rio de Janeiro - RJ - Brazil).

20. Credentials will be available from October 7, 2022 at 1 pm.

21. In case of cancellation of any participating company, the registrants will be notified by email and will have the option of replacing the meeting (with another company that has vacancies).

22. Occasionally, some guests may request a prior evaluation of the material. This is because the company has a specific and differentiated profile. If your project does not fit the company's profile, you can transfer the meeting and schedule it with another guest or company.

23. Entries that are incomplete, filled with incompatible information or that do not meet one of the requirements stipulated by Festival do Rio will not be accepted.
